These Terms of Service, Privacy, behaviour policy and Refund Policy govern your access to and use
of services provided by Sidharth Mahajan, operating as Frenchy With Sid (hereafter referred to as
“Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in our course or using our services, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these policies.

📌 GENERAL TERMS

By enrolling, subscribing, or otherwise engaging with Frenchy With Sid in any capacity, you explicitly
agree to all legal terms, policies, and privacy rules herein. This includes automatic and irrevocable
consent to the collection, storage, and usage of all personal data, account credentials, and
interactions with the Business.
You acknowledge and consent that all content generated or shared in any form during your
participation — including but not limited to group classes, one-on-one sessions, live or recorded
interactions, chats, photos, videos, and any communications — become the sole property of the
Business. You grant the Business unlimited, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable
rights to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit this content in any medium
or platform, for any lawful purpose.
You agree that the Business may access, modify, and control your account information (username,
email, password) as necessary to maintain service and security.
The Owner reserves the right to modify, cancel, pause, or discontinue any class, including group
classes, one-on-one sessions, self-paced courses, or LMS portal features, without prior
announcement or justification. Any part of the service offering — including timing, frequency, structure,
or availability — may be adjusted at the Owner’s discretion.
You understand that by completing registration, your consent to these terms is automatic, irrevocable,
and a condition of continued access to any services or content provided by the Business.



🔁 REFUND & BILLING POLICY

A 1-hour group trial class is offered for CAD $20.
If a student chooses to continue (need to inform us on same day), this amount is credited toward
their monthly payment.
If the student chooses not to proceed (need to inform us on same day), the CAD $20 is refunded.
No refunds, transfers, or billing cycle shifts will be made once a monthly payment has been
processed.
This includes situations such as student absence, scheduling issues, lack of progress, or change
of mind.

As suited by the owner, decisions regarding exceptions remain at the sole discretion of Owner.
Payments are made monthly via Stripe and are automatically recurring unless cancelled by the
student/owner.
To cancel, the student must notify us explicitly via WhatsApp or email at least 48 hours
before the next billing cycle.
Merely stopping class attendance or not logging in does not constitute cancellation.
We cannot alter or shift the billing cycle under any condition.
Missed classes will not be refunded or compensated.
There is no option for class carry-over or extended access.
Students may request to pause their subscription. During the pause:
All access is revoked to LMS, WhatsApp groups, and recordings.
To restart, students must contact us directly.
If payment is not received, access to all resources will be removed including:

WhatsApp Groups
Class Recordings
Everything related to [Your Business Name].
Name, email, phone number, country of residence in our website -www.frenchyfiesta.com.
Payment data (via Stripe — card info is stored securely but not visible to us)
Your data is used for account setup, content delivery, and limited marketing communications (only
with consent).
You may request deletion of your account at any time.
Deleted accounts remove access but do not delete class participation and user/student data.

5. Consent for Photos/Testimonial Use

⚖️ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT RIGHTS
All course content — including but not limited to videos, PDFs, notes, quizzes, recordings, educational
resources, testimonials, client photos, screenshots, audio, and any other material shared in group
classes, live sessions, one-on-one interactions, or any communication related to the business —
remains the sole and exclusive property of the course owner ([Your Business Name]).
This also includes all content published on the official website (www.frenchyfiesta.com) such as text,
images, videos, downloadable materials, marketing materials, and any digital assets.
By enrolling or participating, you grant us the irrevocable right to use, store, reproduce, display,
distribute, and publish any content or interactions you partake in or share within our platforms,
including but not limited to website, social media channels, marketing materials, and promotional
campaigns, without further consent or compensation.
Students are strictly prohibited from copying, sharing, recording, redistributing, or publicly posting any
course material or content from any part of the course, website, or business communications.
Account sharing, content sharing, or any unauthorized distribution of materials is a violation of this
policy and may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and any remedies available
under law.

Class recordings and all content created/shared during your participation may be reused at any
time, in any future sessions, or as promotional content.
These recordings and content may appear anywhere — including but not limited to YouTube,
Instagram, TikTok, Office 365, Athabasca University office 365, or similar — and we reserve full
legal rights to use them at our sole discretion.
Screenshots, photos, or testimonials may be shared online.
We will always ask for consent beforehand.
Harassment, hate speech, spam, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
The instructor reserves the right to remove any student immediately and without refund.
Support is available via WhatsApp Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST.
Messages outside these hours will be replied to the next business day.
Students who frequently miss class, submit late work, or breach policies may be removed without
refund.
